OPTIMIZER PACKAGE

This is for you, if you think your daily habits and maybe your less than perfect lifestyle may have something to do with your insomnia. Together we will “optimize” whatever we can to get you sleeping well again – without turning your whole life upside down.

COMPLETE SLEEP SOLUTION

This is for you if you suspect that there is something more complex and serious going on with your sleep and just tweaking and optimizing will not get you the results you need. We will use lab tests to dig deeper and get to the bottom of your sleep/health issues.

JETLAG/FREQUENT FLYER

This is a mini course for people who often have to fly across several time zones, deal with jet lag regularly, sleep in hotels and have little to no predictable sleeping pattern. We cannot change your life, but we can improve it.
